When looking for a great steak in NYC, there are several options. We've included Uncle Jack's Steakhouse, Benjamin Prime, and Sparks Steakhouse. The Playboy Club

The Playboy Club opened in Manhattan in 1956, and closed in Macau a few years later. The name comes from the famous "wink wink" attire worn by the Playboy Club's hostesses. Currently, Sparks is the 24th highest grossing independent steakhouse in the country, according to Restaurant Business Online. Its average bill was $92, and it employs nearly 90 people. This number includes servers, runners, and chefs. The firing of the entire staff will also affect the restaurant's venerable wine cellar.
