In A Course in Wonders, Jesus tells us that miracles must certainly be involuntary and that they will perhaps not be below conscious control. (T-1.I.5)
Whenever we get on this Inner journey, we think that we have to understand and realize a lot, that we have to understand what God is. However, when we get into this mystical path, the point is to release exactly what stands in the way of obtaining inner advice and following that.

As we begin to give ourselves around to the advice, we start to see that we were improper about every thing we thought we knew. That is what guidance is primary a course in miracles  us to, to this happy conclusion of, I was wrong about most of the unpleasant judgments and beliefs about myself and every thing else.

In this feeling, a mystic could be described as someone who continues really relaxed in the understanding of, I do not know, and I am taken care of.

Once you awaken each day, your main function is to achieve eternity. That's the sole purpose there is! So you may question, “How?” It is by letting miracles come through you that you feel like a miracle worker. You become consistently miracle-minded; you constantly come to your correct mind—the present time and escape hatch to eternity.

Once you give your heart to the Lord and state, "Here I'm Lord," it focuses the mind like an order of light for God.

As we come closer to the mystical Heart of Christ, we come closer to the Center of God. By putting aside all judgment, and allowing for that easy and serene state of brain, we go beyond this world. This can be a state of mind that's above the battlefield and has accepted Christ within.
