Prof Paul Singer is the National Secretary of the Brazilian National Forum of Solidarity Economy. Prof Singer is the former chair of the Department of Economics of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He authored many books and helped form the Workers Party of Brazil.
