Fala-se de Economia Solidária como alternativa viável às relações econômicas pautadas pela lógica capitalista fundada em juros, salários e aluguéis. Entretanto, poucos reconhecem que a única Economia viável, justa e sustentável do ponto de vista ecológico é justamente aquela que consiga abandonar essas categorias mestras da Economia Política, que são, em si, a expressão máxima da alienação dos fatores da produção. Aluguel = alienação dos recursos naturais (terra, água e energia) = poluição. Salário = mercantilização do trabalho = degenerescência humana. Juro = mercantilização do crédito = inflação.

Se a Economia Solidária evita os juros, salários e aluguéis, aplicando-os somente em casos excepcionais quando estes são pagos por indivíduos para as pessoas coletivas às quais o próprio indivíduo pertença e assim deles se beneficie, pode-se dizer que a Economia Solidária nada mais é do que o velho Mutualismo, a receita espontânea para justa solução pacífica das questões econômicas que se perde na noite dos tempos e que compunha originalmente o triplo programa do movimento socialista: MUTUALISMO ECONÔMICO – FEDERALISMO POLÍTICO – PLURALISMO IDEOLÓGICO; antes da perversão que o desviou para o seu oposto: a planificação dirigista estatal e o centralismo democrático do partido único da vanguarda revolucionária (ditadura do proletariado).

O combate à mercantilização da terra, do trabalho e do crédito não se dá apenas por questão moral. A finalidade do fundo de mutualidade seria reunir os recursos (poupanças individuais, voluntárias e variáveis) que estatutariamente seriam integralmente empregados na capitalização da propriedade coletiva (compra e equipagem), que, mediante contrato de promessa de compra e venda, seria colocada na posse da cooperativa, cuja propriedade passaria em mão indivisa somente ao cabo do integral pagamento, com o ressarcimento dos recursos disponibilizados pelo fundo de mutualidade, o que acarretaria na extinção da pessoa coletiva do fundo ou da pessoa jurídica do clube fechado de investimento. A princípio a cooperativa teria como capital apenas o seu fluxo de caixa, incrementado pela generosa disposição dos recursos disponibilizados pelo fundo que não poderia investir em outra coisa senão na terra e nas benfeitorias comunais. As cotas-partes da cooperativa constituir-se-iam na forma do art. 25 da Lei 5.764/71, ou seja, através da prestação periódica e sempre remunerada pelas sobras de horas-labor mínimas semanais. Ao fim das disposições contratuais, firmadas entre ambas as coletividades, após uns 20 anos de pagamentos com 3 a 5 anos de carência, a cooperativa seria proprietária de tudo e o fundo extinguir-se-ia.
